Charles?

My passion for food was born in childhood, with days spent cooking side by side with my beloved grandma, ’abuela’. From those early moments, I discovered that the kitchen was where I truly came alive – the art of cooking became not just a joy, but my calling. With over a decade of experience, honed in the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants – Charles Bryant Private Chef, is my opportunity to share my craft with the world. Each experience we create is thoughtfully curated, offering guests a bespoke journey defined by culinary artistry and a deep-rooted love for cookery.

Experience Michelin-starred excellence with Chef Adam Nevin, whose refined cuisine is defined by bold flavours, exquisite sauces, and precise technique. From intricate tasting menus to show-stopping signature dishes and flawless presentation, every course reflects a deep mastery of classic and modern styles. Adam trained in some of the UK’s most prestigious kitchens, including the one Michelin star Alyn Williams at The Westbury and the two Michelin star The Hand and Flowers by Tom Kerridge. He went on to become Head Chef at The Grill at The Dorchester, before returning home to lead The Morrison Room in Kildare, where he earned his first Michelin star. With a focus on balance, elegance, and creativity, Adam brings the magic of fine dining to your home.

Amazing experience

We had the absolute pleasure of having Alejandro cook for our family, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating — striking the perfect balance of being present and personable, while letting us enjoy our time together. Alejandro created stunning meals for 3 days that impressed both adults and children alike (no easy feat!). Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour — from starters to dessert, each bite was a treat. He tailored the menu to suit all our preferences, and even our fussiest little eaters were asking for seconds. What really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail. Alejandro’s service was immaculate, and he left our kitchen spotless — as if he’d never been there, except we were all happily full! We wouldn’t hesitate to book him again. A truly special experience — thank you, Alejandro and Charles!

Consummate Professionals

Charles and team are exceptional. The quality and standard of the food produced was literally as good as it gets. An intimate wedding celebration which will be remembered by all, mainly for the food. The team nailed the brief and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Amazing!!!

Wow Charlie’s food is amazing!!! The quality of food he chooses is the best around and of course, the way he cooks it is fresh and fantastically tastey. I love how healthy and fresh he makes the food, I always feel amazing after eating what Charlie makes. Both dinner parties he’s catered we’re both 10/10!! Hugely recommend!

From fine dining to BBQ bliss: A masterclass in event execution with culinary excellence from start to finish

Just wow! Could not recommend Charles Bryant and his team more. From organising the event with the most minimal lifting my side to executing it beyond our expectations with George and team on site. For the entire weekend we were overly satisfied with unbelieve praise from all our guests. From the exquisite fine dining experience on Saturday night, to the BBQ Sunday (this was no ordinary BBQ! Beyond expectations!) – so much prep, hard work (but yet so chilled), and “cheffing” went into the weekend from start to finish (including long journey times to get to our location). Don’t think twice – fully support them and really hope we find an opportunity to enjoy their culinary delights again soon!

First class meal with first class service

The team, led by George Brown, provided a first class meal for our 8 guests. The canapés were superb. The starters ( scallops ) main course ( turbot ) and dessert ( pavlova) all excellent and beautifully presented. The service was professional and discreet and we all had a wonderful evening. Charles Bryant cannot be recommended highly enough.

Michelin star service at home !

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a barbecue at my home for eight adults and six children, and once again, Chef Charles Bryant exceeded every expectation. This was the third time I’ve invited Charles to cook for us, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment Charles and his team arrived, the professionalism and attention to detail were evident. The entire crew is friendly, efficient, and incredibly organised, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. I always know that when Charles is in charge, the event will run perfectly, allowing me to relax and enjoy time with my guests. The menu for our recent barbecue was truly spectacular. We enjoyed everything from Gillardeau oysters with wasabi and soy, to white crab with hashbrown aioli, wild garlic focaccia, barbecued garlic prawns, XL hand-dived scallops with Café de Paris butter, and barbecued turbot with beurre blanc and sea herbs. The dry-aged beef picanha was a highlight, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour. The sides-Isle of Wight tomatoes with cold-pressed olive oil, charred asparagus with wild garlic and parmesan, radicchio with blood orange and candied walnuts, and a potato & chive salad-were all fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. We finished with a delicious rhubarb trifle, the perfect end to an extraordinary meal. Charles’s background in Michelin-starred kitchens truly shines through in every dish. His passion for culinary artistry and his commitment to quality are evident in the taste and presentation of every course. Every guest, both adults and children, raved about the food, and many commented that it was the best barbecue they’d ever attended. Whether it’s a relaxed barbecue or a formal sit-down dinner with multiple courses, Charles always delivers an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough-they are simply brilliant, and I look forward to our next event together.

Incredible Private dinner at home!!

Thank you so much Charlie!! We had Charlie and his team cook a private sit-down dinner for my hens party, and it was absolutely amazing. The whole evening felt so chic and special. Every dish was beautiful and delicious. My personal favorite was the steak! It was next level, perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. You could tell the care and creativity that went into every plate. Would 100% recommend for anyone wanting a memorable and elevated dining experience at home!
