Charles?

My passion for food was born in childhood, with days spent cooking side by side with my beloved grandma, ’abuela’. From those early moments, I discovered that the kitchen was where I truly came alive – the art of cooking became not just a joy, but my calling. With over a decade of experience, honed in the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants – Charles Bryant Private Chef, is my opportunity to share my craft with the world. Each experience we create is thoughtfully curated, offering guests a bespoke journey defined by culinary artistry and a deep-rooted love for cookery.

Experience Michelin-starred excellence with Chef Adam Nevin, whose refined cuisine is defined by bold flavours, exquisite sauces, and precise technique. From intricate tasting menus to show-stopping signature dishes and flawless presentation, every course reflects a deep mastery of classic and modern styles. Adam trained in some of the UK’s most prestigious kitchens, including the one Michelin star Alyn Williams at The Westbury and the two Michelin star The Hand and Flowers by Tom Kerridge. He went on to become Head Chef at The Grill at The Dorchester, before returning home to lead The Morrison Room in Kildare, where he earned his first Michelin star. With a focus on balance, elegance, and creativity, Adam brings the magic of fine dining to your home.

A 40th Birthday to Remember!

Thanks Charles and team for making my wife’s 40th birthday such a memorable celebration. The experience was excellent from start to finish. From the initial outreach, to meeting for coffee and agreeing on the menu, right through to the night itself. If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion with friends in your own home, look no further. You can focus on your guests, leaving Chef Charles and his team (Sous George & Chester, the charming waiter), to provide the food, and the theatre. And whatever you do, be sure to try the beef tartare.

Delicious way to celebrate a birthday

Charles was brilliant from the beginning, calling me quickly after I reached out to discuss what food me and my family enjoyed. The menu was perfection, we could’t have created a better one. Alvaro, our chef was brilliant, chatty, knowledgable and really made the experience. The food was incredible, so of the best I tested in 2025. Everyone was catered too and there wasn’t a dish that we didn’t love.

Unrivalled!

Charles and his super professional team planned, prepared and served a super slick and utterly delicious dinner party for my wife’s birthday with 20 of our friends and family. The food was incredibly delicious, the presentation was stylish, and his team were so warm and welcoming to our guests. I’m tempted to keep him as our secret, but I fear the secret is already out! We would highly recommend his services for gatherings large or small!

Perfect Thanksgiving

This year, our family celebrated Thanksgiving in London, hosting 22 family members visiting from New York. Working with Charles & George for the two evenings was truly unforgettable and made for a Thanksgiving we’ll always remember. Not only was the food spectacular, but they also took care of everything—from the marquees and rentals to the florals and the incredible wait and bar staff. I barely had to lift a finger. They thought of every detail and made it possible for me to fully enjoy the evening without worrying about a thing. And be sure to ask for their Basque cheesecake and special chocolates for dessert—they are not to be missed!

An Exceptional Private Dining Experience with Impeccable Service

From the moment Chef Charles arranged our evening, it was clear we were in exceptional hands. Chef Charles hooked us up with his best people—Chef George and an outstanding team spanning from the Chef and Sous Chef through to the waiters—and every single member of his team delivered impeccable, professional service that set the tone for the entire evening. But the food is truly where the magic happened. Each course got better and better, showcasing both technical mastery and genuine creativity. We began with a stunning Beef Tartare Croustade with Aïoli that immediately impressed with its freshness and precision. The Scallop Tempura with house glaze was perfectly executed—delicate and light. Then came the Maldon Oyster with buttermilk and cucumber, a beautiful study in contrast and simplicity. The In-House Focaccia with roasted garlic butter was the kind of bread that makes you want to ask for the recipe, while the Native Lobster Tail with roasted delica squash, bisque, and chive oil was pure elegance on a plate. The main course—a Traditional Beef Wellington with crispy onion ring, confit shallot, and beef fat split jus, accompanied by Charlie’s chips to share and tarragon mayonnaise—was absolutely outstanding: restaurant-quality execution with the warmth and care of a bespoke private dining experience. The desserts provided the perfect finale: a thoughtful House Pré Dessert followed by a Traditional Tiramisu and Petit Four that left us completely satisfied. What truly distinguished this experience was the seamless coordination of every detail. The team anticipated our needs, moved with quiet professionalism, and created an atmosphere where we could simply enjoy extraordinary food and company. This is dining at its finest. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an unforgettable private dining experience.
