Chef Charles and his amazing team cooked an exceptional several course meal and provided 5 star professional front of house, bar and waiter service throughout the evening for our 50th birthday party. I would highly recommend!

Chef Charles and his team cooked dinner for our group of 16 people as we celebrated a milestone birthday. It was absolutely terrific. From canapés to dessert everything was delicious, made with great skill and care. No small feat given the variety of what was on the menu! And the commitment to excellence was clear not just in the cooking, but in the front of house team as well: professional, effective, attentive, and kind. The dinner was such a success—a sincere thank you to Charles and his whole team for going above and beyond and giving us an evening we and our guests will remember.

We hosted a dinner for a special occasion 15 people that was delicious and varied – Charlie and his team were outstanding and professional. They were also able to cater to many dietary requirements seamlessly.

Having Chef Charles and his team cater for my birthday dinner at home was such a success, that I’ve already booked them for another event. The food was excellent throughout, and the service impeccable. They were all completely professional and I couldn’t pick a highlight amongst the food as it was all impressive and delicious. They made hosting the event at home a dream as I could just enjoy my birthday without a worry at all.

We enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner. The food was exceptional; fresh, seasonal & with fantastic courses for vegetarians too. Each element – the incredible sauces, the perfect butter, the exquisite chocolates – was delicious and beautifully presented. Plus Charles Bryant has got the service just right – friendly, attentive but not obtrusive. This evening made a special birthday into a memorable birthday.

Wanted to do something special for my 70 th and decided to book Charles .Tne menu was perfect using only seasonal produce with a great veggie alternative .Impecable service ,attentive but not intrusive .Worth every penny ,Big thanks to Charles and his team ,

We had chef Alejandro prepare and cook the most wonderful food for our family celebration. The canapes were exquisite, beautifully presented. The wild turbot and dry aged bone in ribeye were both superb and the tiramisu the best I’ve ever eaten! Everything was delicious and faultless. On arrival, Alejandro and the two waitresses quietly and efficiently prepared everything whilst we could just concentrate on our guests. I highly recommend Charles Bryant private chef and will certainly use them again!
