A delicious Spanish – themed feast!
Charles cooked for 17 of us the most scrumptious feast that was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. He catered brilliantly some of our food intolerances, and designed, prepared and served a perfect meal. In addition to the food, he responds promptly to messages (which is hugely appreciated) and also cleaned the kitchen during the evening (just as appreciated!). I recommend him without hesitation.

Outstanding Service from Charlie
We had Charlie cook for a weekend house party in Warwickshire. Communication beforehand was very good, his suggested menus were exactly what we wanted and he was willing and able to accommodate some last minute additional guests. Dinner for 14 on Saturday evening was a triumph (Beef Wellington to die for) followed up with a delicious brunch on Sunday morning to send our guests on their way. To top it all, he left the kitchens in a better state than he found them. We will certainly be booking Charlie again.

Amazing food!!!!
He came so prepared, the food was absolutely amazing! Every single dish tasted unreal I am so so happy we hired him! Explained each of the foods every time and I couldn’t stop eating!!! 100% would reccomend

We cannot recommend Charles more highly
Charles’ food was incredible. Our guests were mightily impressed. Charles’ hosting of the evening was effortless and he and his team made for a fantastic evening. In short, we cannot emphasise how much we would recommend Charles and we are already looking for an excuse to have another dinner party!

Could not have been any better
Charles and his team were impeccable. Prompt arrival, incredibly friendly, and the food was just amazing. We could not recommend them highly enough. We hosted a dinner party for six and everyone left commenting how brilliant Charles was. Restaurant quality food, at home, with not a jot awkwardness. Would recommend to anyone and everyone: x

Canapé and bowl food was excellent
We loved the dishes that Charles helped us choose for our event – all the guests equally were so pleased. Especially the scallops and macaroni and cheese! He created a menu with lots of variety and fitting to our theme. His kitchen helper was also excellent at his job and Charles organised everything very smoothly. Would love to use the chef again for a private dinner next time, as we had a party with 35 guests this time. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Family birthday get together
Fantastic food and great experience from Charlie. Scallops, Rack of lamb followed by Tarte Tatin. The cured ham and amuse bouche before the main event were a really nice touch. Charlie obviously knows his stuff is really approachable and engaging. Catering for diners from the age of 8 to 80 (literally) was no mean feat but he really rose to the challenge!
