Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building close relationships with some of the country’s finest suppliers – their unwavering dedication to their craft continues to inspire and shape my cooking every day.

Independent family-run butcher committed to providing every professional chef and home cook with an exceptional product and service to create exceptional food.
Namayasai
Namayasai is a Japanese fruit and vegetable farm in East Sussex, England that grows a variety of vegetables, including English and Japanese varieties.
Natoora
Natoora sources produce from small, independent growers in Europe, including the UK, Italy, France and Spain. They work to ensure that their produce is sourced during its natural seasonal window.
Flying
Flying Fish Seafoods has been proudly supplying the finest Cornish Seafood to chefs around the UK since 2006.
Tom the
A dedicated day-boat Lobster Fisherman from Newlyn Harbour, who catches the finest native Cornwall Lobster, fresh from the waters each day.

Superb food and service for our family dinner party
We had chef Alejandro prepare and cook the most wonderful food for our family celebration. The canapes were exquisite, beautifully presented. The wild turbot and dry aged bone in ribeye were both superb and the tiramisu the best I’ve ever eaten! Everything was delicious and faultless. On arrival, Alejandro and the two waitresses quietly and efficiently prepared everything whilst we could just concentrate on our guests. I highly recommend Charles Bryant private chef and will certainly use them again!

A fantastic birthday dinner
We had Charles cook for my birthday and it was a genuinely lovely experience. The food was excellent throughout, thoughtful, beautifully cooked, and a real highlight of the evening. Charles and his team were a pleasure to have in the house. They were professional but also very relaxed and easy to deal with, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It made hosting feel completely stress free. I would happily recommend him for a special occasion.

A 40th Birthday to Remember!
Thanks Charles and team for making my wife’s 40th birthday such a memorable celebration. The experience was excellent from start to finish. From the initial outreach, to meeting for coffee and agreeing on the menu, right through to the night itself. If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion with friends in your own home, look no further. You can focus on your guests, leaving Chef Charles and his team (Sous George & Chester, the charming waiter), to provide the food, and the theatre. And whatever you do, be sure to try the beef tartare.

Charles and his team were impeccable as usual. From arrival to departure everything was top flight. Left my kitchen more spotless than when they arrived! The food and service were fantastic and very thoughtful. Highly recommend them if you are looking to host an elegant gathering.

Delicious way to celebrate a birthday
Charles was brilliant from the beginning, calling me quickly after I reached out to discuss what food me and my family enjoyed. The menu was perfection, we could’t have created a better one. Alvaro, our chef was brilliant, chatty, knowledgable and really made the experience. The food was incredible, so of the best I tested in 2025. Everyone was catered too and there wasn’t a dish that we didn’t love.

Unrivalled!
Charles and his super professional team planned, prepared and served a super slick and utterly delicious dinner party for my wife’s birthday with 20 of our friends and family. The food was incredibly delicious, the presentation was stylish, and his team were so warm and welcoming to our guests. I’m tempted to keep him as our secret, but I fear the secret is already out! We would highly recommend his services for gatherings large or small!
