We had chef Alejandro prepare and cook the most wonderful food for our family celebration. The canapes were exquisite, beautifully presented. The wild turbot and dry aged bone in ribeye were both superb and the tiramisu the best I’ve ever eaten! Everything was delicious and faultless. On arrival, Alejandro and the two waitresses quietly and efficiently prepared everything whilst we could just concentrate on our guests. I highly recommend Charles Bryant private chef and will certainly use them again!

Excellent food and exquisite display.

We had Charles cook for my birthday and it was a genuinely lovely experience. The food was excellent throughout, thoughtful, beautifully cooked, and a real highlight of the evening.

Charles and his team were a pleasure to have in the house. They were professional but also very relaxed and easy to deal with, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It made hosting feel completely stress free. I would happily recommend him for a special occasion.

And whatever you do, be sure to try the beef tartare.

Charles and his team were impeccable as usual. From arrival to departure everything was top flight. Left my kitchen more spotless than when they arrived! The food and service were fantastic and very thoughtful. Highly recommend them if you are looking to host an elegant gathering.

Charles and his super professional team planned, prepared and served a super slick and utterly delicious dinner party for my wife’s birthday with 20 of our friends and family. The food was incredibly delicious, the presentation was stylish, and his team were so warm and welcoming to our guests. I’m tempted to keep him as our secret, but I fear the secret is already out! We would highly recommend his services for gatherings large or small!
