I recently had the pleasure of hosting a barbecue at my home for eight adults and six children, and once again, Chef Charles Bryant exceeded every expectation. This was the third time I’ve invited Charles to cook for us, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment Charles and his team arrived, the professionalism and attention to detail were evident. The entire crew is friendly, efficient, and incredibly organised, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. I always know that when Charles is in charge, the event will run perfectly, allowing me to relax and enjoy time with my guests.

The menu for our recent barbecue was truly spectacular. We enjoyed everything from Gillardeau oysters with wasabi and soy, to white crab with hashbrown aioli, wild garlic focaccia, barbecued garlic prawns, XL hand-dived scallops with Café de Paris butter, and barbecued turbot with beurre blanc and sea herbs. The dry-aged beef picanha was a highlight, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour. The sides-Isle of Wight tomatoes with cold-pressed olive oil, charred asparagus with wild garlic and parmesan, radicchio with blood orange and candied walnuts, and a potato & chive salad-were all fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. We finished with a delicious rhubarb trifle, the perfect end to an extraordinary meal.

Charles’s background in Michelin-starred kitchens truly shines through in every dish. His passion for culinary artistry and his commitment to quality are evident in the taste and presentation of every course. Every guest, both adults and children, raved about the food, and many commented that it was the best barbecue they’d ever attended.

Whether it’s a relaxed barbecue or a formal sit-down dinner with multiple courses, Charles always delivers an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough-they are simply brilliant, and I look forward to our next event together.

Thank you so much Charlie!! We had Charlie and his team cook a private sit-down dinner for my hens party, and it was absolutely amazing. The whole evening felt so chic and special. Every dish was beautiful and delicious. My personal favorite was the steak! It was next level, perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. You could tell the care and creativity that went into every plate. Would 100% recommend for anyone wanting a memorable and elevated dining experience at home!

We were incredibly lucky to have Charles and team at the office for our onsite lunches. Every dish is absolutely fantastic, healthy and energizing. The range of options is also remarkable, and they’re all perfect. Charles & staff are kind, fun and very caring. Really recommend it. Lunchtime is all I l look forward to!

I honestly can’t do them justice by telling you how amazing the food tasted. I only wish I’d known about them when I was planning my wedding. It is no exaggeration when I say they cooked easily the best meal I’ve ever had. The fact that they’re punctual, provide great customer experience isn’t even needed at this point. Would definitely recommend them. Special shoutout to their Italian menu.

Charles and his sous-chef organised a 13 courses Pescatarian menu for us at home. Note only the food was very original and sophisticated, but the service very efficient with all dishes coming at constant and rapid pace (having done quite a few private dinners I can confirm that it very rarely happens)
