Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Chef Bryant for your private chef needs. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

1.1 Services provided will be outlined in the final booking confirmation and invoice, any additional requests may incur additional charges.
1.2. Menu customisation will be agreed during booking confirmation but may be subject to ingredient availability, 

2. Payment Terms

2.1 A deposit of 50% of full invoice is required to secure booking.
2.2 Full payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Late payments may incur a 10% late fee for each 7 day period past the due date.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.2 Cancellations will incur a charge of 25% of the total invoice amount.
3.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged at least 14 days prior to the original date.

4. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

4.1 Any allergies or dietary requirements must be communicated with the team no later than 7 days prior to the event.
4.2 While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

5. Liability

5.1 If dietary and allergenic information is not disclosed Chef Charles Bryant LTD is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses or damages arising from food consumption.
5.2 Chef Charles Bryant LTD is not liable to any issues arising from delays due to circumstances beyond our control, (e.g. weather)

6. Use of Equipment and Space

6.1 Clients must ensure the kitchen and workspace provided are safe, clean, and equipped for food preparation.
6.2 Any damages caused to client property during the provision of services will be reported and handled responsibly.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 All client details provided are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

What to expect

We are excited to bring your bespoke dining experience to life, below are some key operational details to ensure a seamless and enjoyable event.

Arrival & Setup

  • Our team will arrive approximately 2 hours before food service to begin preparations.
  • Upon arrival, the kitchen and table space will be set up according to pre-specified arrangements.
  • Please ensure that the kitchen is accessible and that any necessary facilities are available.
  • If using your kitchen equipment, we kindly ask that everything is in working order before our arrival.

Service & Clean-Up

  • After service, we will ensure the kitchen and all used kitchenware are left clean and tidy before departing.
  • We will serve your meal at the agreed time and provide professional table service if included in your booking.

Additional Information

If additional kitchen or dining equipment is needed, this can be arranged upon request.
